Tines is looking for a Partner Development Manager, Technology Alliances to build our GTM strategy with our Technology Alliance Partners in both IT security and adjacent depts like DevOps, IT, Product and Engineering. Working closely with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations you will ensure alignment on optimizing for GTM with and through the world’s leading software vendors. This is a key role reporting to the Director of Technology Partnerships, which will lay the foundation for Tines’s global partner development for years to come.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience and a network within relevant Technology Alliances partners (Security,IT, DevOps, Product, Engineering). You will have a combined commercial background with enough technical savvy that gives you the ability to “connect the dots” on where and how Tines can deliver the most impact for our Partners and our shared customers.

In this role, your responsibilities include being the primary point of contact between Tines and a portfolio of alliance partners.

This is an individual contributor role ultimately focused on sourcing and influencing revenue by leveraging the Tines collaboration with Partners that drive towards ambitious targets and goals grounded in sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for driving awareness and revenue growth for Tines high and wide into Partner organizations.
  • Build Partnerships that showcase Tines product capabilities, generate customer interest and pipeline, and amplify the Tines presense and distribution in the market.
  • Map and manage Partner stakeholders specifically related to IT security, Product, IT ,Infrastructure and Engineering.
  • Build and operationalize the interconnect between the Tines sales and technical sales organizations and those of Partners including orchestrating and owning sales and technical enablement activations.
  • Collaborate on global partner programs, product, marketing and sales in the collection, organization, and prioritization of customer requirements and market opportunities and act as a driving force among the organization for an efficient go to market approach.
  • Identify and co-create with our partners joint GTM opportunities to showcase the Tines offering and build pipeline for the sales organization.
  • Explain strategic and tactical concepts to customers and Partners. This includes engaging and influencing varied audiences, from C-level to the technical community as well as internal product, partnerships and sales teams.

What you bring with you:

  • 8+ years of B2B Partner Management experience in either cloud / Security / DevOps / IT / Product or Engineering space.
  • World class written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to grasp complexity and convert into succinct messaging.
  • Project management and cross functional execution across demand generation, marketing and events.
  • A curiosity for product and a reasonable level of technical aptitude for how things work to drive pipeline growth.
  • Proven ability to balance a portfolio of work across time zones, focus areas, and short / long term projects.
  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset.
  • You share our values of Speed, Simplicity & Soundness, and work in accordance with those values.
  • Appreciation and understanding of the benefits of the AWS Marketplace channel is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the US and internationally when required.
  • Experience thriving in an early stage / growth company where not everything is figured out is an advantage

Target Annual Compensation: $220-250K OTE
