The Partner Development Coordinator will manage inbound partnerships, engage with potential partners, and execute outreach strategies to grow Circle's Alliance Program.

What you'll be responsible for:
As a member of Circle's Alliance Program team, you will play a critical role in executing a wide go-to-market partnership strategy. Your mission is to operate and grow Circle's Alliance Program through the management of inbound demand and targeted outreach. You will be the first contact for many of Circle's partners and customers, leveraging deep knowledge of the company and its resources to ensure the right connections are made between teams at Circle and the broader ecosystem. You will focus on identifying viable Alliance Program members in the broader USDC ecosystem and leverage a multi-channel (email, phone, social, video, in-person event) communication strategy to connect with and ultimately onboard these partners.

- Performing hands-on account onboarding with qualified Alliance Program applicants
- Ideating and executing on new and innovative outreach strategies through messaging and social platforms
- Directly contribute to the growth and evolution of the Circle Alliance Program
What you'll bring to Circle:
- You are an experienced customer-facing professional, proficient in storytelling, rapport-building, and prioritizing ongoing prospect interactions.
- You have a passion for the future of global payments and, preferably, a background in Fintech.
- You are naturally curious and care deeply about understanding your customer or prospects business strategy.
- You are capable of initiating and engaging in strategic conversations at multiple levels of the organization and your prospect's organizations
- You thrive in dynamic customer facing situations with a 2+ year track record of effectively qualifying and communicating with prospects
- You demonstrate proactivity as you work leads through your pipeline
- You prioritize CRM and pipeline hygiene, diligently and accurately tracking your business relationships
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Hubspot, Discord, Telegram and Apple MacOS preferred.
