PolyAI is seeking a Partner Development Associate to provide scalable inside coverage across our growing partner ecosystem. This role will focus on driving consistent execution, accelerating pipeline through channel partners, and ensuring high-quality engagement across long-tail and emerging partnerships.
You will work closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), direct sales, and partner organizations to support deal flow, strengthen partner enablement, and improve forecasting visibility. This is a high-impact role designed to increase channel productivity while allowing strategic resources to remain focused on net-new ARR growth.

- Deal registration support and pipeline management
- Ongoing partner engagement and campaign execution
- Assistance in driving attendance to channel events
- Support partners and CAMs
- Event participation as needed
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Deal Support
- Manage deal registration processes and ensure timely follow-up and visibility
- Monitor and support partner-sourced pipeline to drive progression and conversion
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across channel opportunities
Partner Engagement & Activation
- Execute partner-facing campaigns and follow-up programs
- Maintain ongoing communication cadence with long-tail partners
- Identify opportunities to re-engage dormant partners and activate pipeline
Channel Event & Enablement Support
- Assist in driving attendance and follow-up for partner and channel events
- Support CAMs with enablement materials, coordination, and post-event pipeline tracking
- Participate in events as needed to strengthen partner relationships
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Channel leadership to ensure smooth execution
- Provide visibility into partner performance trends and engagement metrics
- Increased partner responsiveness and engagement across the ecosystem
- Improved deal registration compliance and forecasting accuracy
- Stronger pipeline conversion from partner-sourced opportunities
- Greater scalability within the channel organization
- Enables CAMs to focus on strategic accounts and net-new revenue growth
- 2–5+ years in channel, partnerships, sales support, or business development
- Highly organized with strong Salesforce and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communicator who can engage partners professionally and confidently
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and motivated by revenue impact
US and Canada:
We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $90,000-$110,000 base salary plus 10% annual bonus - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.
In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success.
