As Global System Integrator Partner Manager, you will lead Pigment’s strategic alliances with global system integrators (GSIs), driving joint business plans, co-sell motions, and revenue growth through deep partner engagement. You’ll be responsible for building executive relationships, enabling partner teams, and shaping scalable offerings that unlock new enterprise opportunities.
What you'll do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with targeted GSIs and their leadership.
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact, fostering trust and alignment at C-level, practice, and field-team levels.
- Develop and execute joint multi-year business plans, including revenue targets, industry plays, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.
- Enable partner teams with training, assets, and certification to effectively position and implement Pigment solutions.
- Coordinate joint field engagement, account mapping, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue performance, and delivery success across priority markets.
- Enable and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM activities and maximize partner impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in alliances, enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, and/or partner/channel management with a focus on strategic/global partners.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, professional services, and how global system integrators engage in large-scale digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience working with global SIs such as Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, BCG, or similar.
- Experience in planning, FP&A, ERP, data integration, or transformation software ecosystems.
- Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
