Description
The Data Entry Clerk plays an important role in maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date company records. Working as an individual contributor within the Administrative Support Team, this role focuses on accurate data entry, information verification, record maintenance, and supporting efficient day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update information into company databases and computer systems.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in records.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Process documents, forms, spreadsheets, and other business information.
Perform routine data verification and quality-control checks.
Generate basic reports and organize information as needed.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Follow established data-entry procedures and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in data entry, administration, or a related field.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
