The Position
We are looking for a part-time Ad Operations Analyst to support our digital advertising strategy and execution. This role would help manage and optimize campaigns through Google Ad Manager, ensuring accurate delivery, efficient performance, and clear reporting. We're particularly interested in professionals who have experience in financial services, investment platforms, or fintech, and can thrive in a flexible, part-time setup.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager and potentially other platforms
  • Conduct quality assurance on tags, pixels, and campaign configurations
  • Monitor and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure seamless performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on targeting, goals, and creative needs
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights
  • Suggest optimizations to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.)


Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital Ad Operations, with a strong command of Google Ad Manager
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tag management systems
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong troubleshooting capabilities
  • Comfortable working independently on a variable schedule (average of 10 hours/week)
  • Ideally, experience supporting financial services, SaaS, or B2B marketing teams
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
