The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

As the PAR Development Manager you own the build-out of FF’s PAR (Partner/Agent Reseller) ecosystem in your state region. You package the region’s proven B2B success cases into a replicable channel playbook, then recruit, sign, activate, and manage local dealers and resellers using FF’s standard partner agreement suite (Dealer, Demo, and Wholesale Agreements) and Partner Portal, with accountability for signed PARs, PAR sell-through volume, and channel contribution margin.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, recruit, and sign dealers/resellers in the assigned state region, starting from FF’s dealer prospect pipeline and competitor-channel mapping
  • Negotiate and execute partner onboarding using FF’s standard “No Haggle” Dealer Agreement, Demonstration Unit Agreement, and Wholesale Agreement templates
  • Package local B2B success cases into channel playbooks (target segment, pitch, demo script, ROI model, pricing) that PARs can replicate and scale
  • Enable and certify partner sales teams together with the regional FAE (product training, demo capability, first-deal coaching)
  • Manage partner performance: sell-through targets, inventory turns, lead-protection compliance, and margin discipline; conduct quarterly partner business reviews
  • Coordinate lead routing between direct KAMs and partners in CRM to enforce lead-protection and non-circumvention rules
  • Support partner co-marketing, showroom programs, and system-integrator collaboration initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of channel development, dealer network build-out, or distribution management experience (robotics, IT hardware, industrial equipment, or consumer electronics)
  • Proven record of recruiting and activating new dealers/resellers and growing sell-through revenue
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and disciplined pipeline/partner-record management
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing dealer/reseller network in robotics, STEM/education products, or automation equipment
  • Experience with partner portals, channel incentive programs, and MDF administration
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin communication skills

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
