The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex-Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, private equity, and even an Olympic athlete). 

As an Outbound BDR at Panax, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine. You’ll take ownership of building relationships with target accounts, driving outbound pipeline generation, and securing qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Using a mix of cutting-edge tools, creative outreach strategies, and a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), you will turn cold prospects into warm opportunities. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Development (based in Israel) and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and company leadership.

What you will do:

  • Researching, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities via outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and
  • inbound lead follow-up
  • Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, timely information
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support campaign execution and
  • provide feedback.
  • Continuously expanding knowledge of our products, services, and relevant
  • market trends
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs including call and email
  • volume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and AI-powered prospecting tools (strong plus)
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
