We’re looking to add to our team to support our growth in the North American market - you would focus on lead generation and running of Paid Social campaigns.

Your missions:
- Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on various platforms with a strong focus on Meta for various clients & verticals
- Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance
- Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue
- Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies
- Work with other teams (Sales, Operations) to build and operate acquisition funnels.
Your profile:
- 2+ years of experience in managing Social ads campaigns (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok ads - experience with other networks such as Google and Bing is a plus) managing lead generation/conversion/acquisition campaigns
- Multi account management experience
- Strong performance-mindset & analytical skills
- Proactive, creative, and data-driven
- English Fluent
- Experience with North American clients - knowledge of North american market / trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Eager to join an international environment
