Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and contributing to overall e-commerce growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing campaigns for retail or e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and others.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Merchandising, Design, and Development) to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
- Write effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in search marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, MIS or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant campaign management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Budget
$8–$10 per hour
