About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Paid Media Manager - Direct Buys & Content Syndication to build, scale, and optimize our content syndication programs and direct media buys within our high-growth, venture-backed company. This role sits on the Growth team and is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through third-party syndication vendors, paid content distribution, and lead buying initiatives.
You’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our syndication programs - from partner selection and negotiation to campaign execution, lead flow management, and performance optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy, build a world class program, and work directly with Sales and Growth Marketing.
What You'll Do
Own Dandy’s content syndication and media buying strategy, identifying opportunities to scale pipeline through high-quality third-party vendors and distribution networks.
Select, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to achieve cost and volume targets
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including vendor onboarding, content strategy, asset delivery, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with Content & Creative teams to ensure assets are optimized for syndication and tailored to audience segments.
Work closely with Marketing Operations to set up accurate lead flows, routing, and reporting — ensuring data cleanliness and attribution from vendor delivery through to pipeline.
Develop and maintain clear campaign calendars, documentation, and processes, ensuring multiple programs are tracked and delivered on time.
Partner with Sales and SDR teams to monitor lead quality and feedback loops, continuously optimizing targeting and vendor selection.
Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to identify and activate new partnerships that amplify Dandy’s brand presence and fuel both awareness and demand generation goals
What We're Looking For
4–6+ years of experience in B2C Performance marketing or B2B demand generation, media buying, or performance marketing, with at least 2+ years managing direct media buys with publishers and/or content syndication
Proven experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships with content syndication networks and publishers.
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and optimize for CPL, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring clean execution end-to-end.
Performance marketing & analytical mindset. We are very data-driven!
Experience in B2B or B2C high growth tech company
Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
Overall track record of professional and academic success
