New York, NY or Remote (US)

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform, built with AI from the start rather than added later. We automate digital advertising for enterprise brands like Mastercard, The UPS Store, Uber Eats, and European Wax Center across thousands of franchise and multi-location businesses.

We're hiring a client-facing Account Manager on our Customer Success team. You'll own a portfolio of brand relationships and be the strategic lead on their paid media performance. This role is for someone who has actually worked inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and who knows how to turn what they see there into a recommendation a client will act on.

Where You'll Work

This role is open to both remote and hybrid candidates. If you're based in the NYC area, we prefer a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in our office. If you're outside NYC, you're welcome to work remote (within the US). Remote team members come to NYC for training, team days and key client meetings.

Who We Are Looking For

You are as comfortable in a C-suite conversation as you are inside a campaign dashboard. You do not wait for clients to surface problems; you spot the pattern before it becomes one. And when you make a recommendation, you can show your work.

If you have ever turned a flat renewal into an expansion just by asking the right questions, you will fit in here.

What You Will Own
  • Your book of business. You'll manage a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands. You're the person they call when something matters.
  • Onboarding. You'll run a high-touch onboarding process that sets up a long-term partnership from day one.
  • Performance strategy. You'll build cross-channel plans across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels, tied to each client's business goals and not just their media budget.
  • Business reviews. You'll lead reviews that tell the real story in the data and bring a clear point of view on what to do next.
  • Optimization. You'll work with our Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, diagnose performance, and adjust campaigns.
  • Growth. You'll find and close expansion opportunities through thoughtful upsells that make sense for the client, not ones pushed for quota.
  • Client advocacy. You'll represent your clients inside Eulerity, working with Product and Engineering so that what we promise gets delivered.
What We Want From You
  • Must-haves
    • 3–5 years in account management or client strategy at an ad agency, ad tech company, or media company.
    • Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You've personally built, managed, or directed campaigns, not just reviewed reports someone else built.
    • Experience managing client budgets across multiple accounts at the same time.
    • A track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them.
    • The ability to take performance data, find what's driving results, and present a clear recommendation to senior stakeholders.
    Nice-to-haves
    • Experience with franchise or multi-location brands, and an understanding of how corporate and franchisee decision-making differ.
    • Familiarity with YouTube, Display, or programmatic buying.
    • Experience in a SaaS or platform environment.
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive benefits
    • Medical
    • Dental
    • Vision
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 😎 Summer Fridays
Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks, and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected total compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent β€” not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
