Our services command premium pricing ($25,000 to $100,000+ per engagement), and we have established strong product-market fit with a proven delivery model. We are now building out our acquisition infrastructure to scale.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Paid Acquisition Lead to take full ownership of our paid media function. This is a senior, autonomous role. You will define strategy, build campaigns, create or direct assets, and be accountable for performance metrics. You will report directly to the founder and operate with minimal oversight.
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across relevant channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, or others as appropriate)
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns end-to-end
- Design and iterate on landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets
- Implement conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure
- Own pipeline generation targets and cost-per-acquisition metrics
- Create campaign assets or direct external resources to produce them
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid acquisition for B2B or high-ticket offers
- Demonstrated experience managing $50,000+ monthly ad spend
- Full-stack capability across strategy, media buying, creative direction, and funnel optimisation
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction
- Background in creator economy, agency services, or professional services
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or equivalent CRM and funnel platforms
- Experience with B2B lead generation for extended sales cycles
