Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Outside Sales professional to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint in the Western Pennsylvania region.

About the RoleAs an Outside Sales representative, your mission is to drive revenue growth by converting opportunities into long-term, successful partnerships. You’ll be the face of our company in the field—building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.Territory CoverageYou’ll manage a vibrant and diverse Western Pennsylvania territory that includes:
- North: Up to New York
- South: Down to West Virginia
- West: Over to Ohio
- East: As far as Highway 119

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive sales of aluminum, stainless, and carbon tubing, pipe, and bar—plus value-added services.
  • Identify and engage new prospects through in-person visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Grow existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for your customers, anticipating needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Build relationships across all levels of customer organizations, especially with key decision-makers.
  • Attend meetings, lunches, dinners, and events to deepen customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide strategic feedback to leadership.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Spend 70%+ of your time in the field, traveling within your territory at least 4 days per week.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the metals industry or industrial sales.
  • Experience in metals (pipe, tubing, bar) and value-added services is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
