We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the Grand Rapids, MI area.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
  • Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory

Experience, Education and Skills

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus) is preferred 
  • 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
