ABOUT US

Property Leads is a premium Pay-Per-Lead company that delivers high-quality, inbound motivated seller leads to real estate investors across the country. We’re a fast-growing, results-driven team with bold goals—for the company and for ourselves. We operate more like a high-performance sports team than a family: focused, competitive, and committed to winning.

We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and persistent outbound sales representative who excels in a fast-paced environment and tackles challenges head-on.

THE ROLE: OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re hiring an ambitious Outbound Sales Rep to help grow our customer base by proactively connecting with real estate investors and affiliates. Your primary objective will be to engage outbound prospects, qualify them, and either convert them into long-term clients or involve the Affiliate Manager in a call. You'll be the first voice many people hear from Property Leads, so professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential.

This role is best suited for individuals with at least one year of experience in outbound or commission-based sales, preferably in the real estate, SaaS, or lead generation space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls, send emails/texts, prospect on social media, and conduct follow-ups to connect with new leads
  • This is a role with heavy outbound calling
  • Qualify prospects and clearly communicate our value proposition
  • Manage and organize pipeline in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Schedule and hand off calls to closers or conduct demos depending on lead readiness
  • Document all touchpoints and maintain accurate CRM notes
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine the outbound strategy and hit team goals
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and sales opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of outbound or commission-based sales experience
  • 200+ outbound dials a day
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone, sending emails, and engaging in live chat/text
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines and follow up consistently
  • Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a team-first attitude
  • Open to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous improvement

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • On target annual earnings of $90,000+
  • Paid comprehensive training program
  • Retirement plan with company match (401K)
  • Employer paid medical coverage
  • Dental & vision coverage

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
