$66,500.00 and $127,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate production schedules and manage shoot and editing timelines for Original Programming
- Assist reporters and producers with segment booking, asset collection and post- production needs
- Research and develop stories, conduct interviews and contribute to long-form package scripts
- Implement workflow solutions, assign stories to editors and ensure packages and shows are completed on schedule
- Optimize content for YouTube and social platforms, tracking completion and maintaining communication with all production teams
- Process invoices for independent contractors and serve as point of contact for vendors, contractors and freelancers
- Manage award entry process including documentation, video acquisition and vacation calendar for staff
- Support production staff and shows as needed

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Broadcast Communication or comparable television work experience
Experience
- 3+ years experience in production
- 3+ years experience managing projects
- 2+ years experience in journalism
