Job Description:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist supports organizational transformation initiatives by implementing change management communication and training methodologies, tools, and techniques to facilitate smooth transitions during process improvements and system implementations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Assist in creating, implementing, and modifying change management plans and deliverables through all phases of project execution
  • Develop and deliver training materials in multiple modalities, including e-learning and in-person
  • Develop and distribute change management communications in multiple formats including print and digital, such newsletters, emails, talking points, slide decks, etc.
  • Manage change readiness evaluation process  
  • Support stakeholder assessments through continuous identification of and communication with impacted stakeholder groups through all phases of project execution
  • Support the development and implementation of Change Champion networks
  • Collect and analyze data to measure change management effectiveness
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for impacted team members
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in change management
  • Knowledge of basic change management methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and processes
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Forms

Supervisory/Responsibility:

No supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment:

Work is typically performed in a standard office setting.

Position Type:

This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.

Travel:

25-30% domestic and/or global travel will be required for this position.

Job Posting Salary Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
