Configure, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle EBS R12.13.x solutions supporting ODM/MRP, Inventory, Master Scheduling, integrations, and business workflows. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, Oracle configuration, SQL/PLSQL development, query tuning, interfaces and APIs, custom extensions, technical documentation, testing, training, issue resolution, and service request management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options
- Map current-state and future-state business workflows
- Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes
- Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs
- Troubleshoot application issues through resolution
- Log and manage Oracle Service Requests
- Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations
- Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
- Update existing code to meet evolving requirements
- Tune and optimize queries for performance
- Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders
- Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll
- Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes
- Support testing and user training activities
- Perform additional duties as directed by project team
- Provide bi-weekly status reports
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP
- Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality
- Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance
- Comprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream integration points
- Strong technical skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form personalization, custom.pll, and BI Publisher reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Proficient with MS Office
Desired Skills:
- Experience with JIRA and GitHub
- Knowledge of Purchasing ASL functionality
- Experience with Mobile supply chain
