Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM Architect/Lead with expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions to enhance financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications and the ability to drive digital transformation in enterprise financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and lead Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically FCCS, ARCS, and PBCS.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of FCCS for financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Oversee ARCS deployment for automated account reconciliation and compliance.
  • Drive the design and execution of PBCS solutions for forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM Cloud with ERP systems and other financial tools.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation scripts for enhanced financial analytics.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, system enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Train and support end-users, ensuring adoption of best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and PBCS.
  • Proven track record in financial system architecture, implementation, and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation, reconciliation, and budgeting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM Automate, Smart View, and Oracle Integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and Oracle reporting tools.
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, or SAP.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000-185,000.
