The Oracle Stack Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across Spaulding Ridge’s full Oracle portfolio, including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and NetSuite. This role owns pipeline creation, deal strategy, and bookings with enterprise clients. The focus is scaling a sustainable Oracle business through new logo acquisition, account expansion, and cross stack selling. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $10M+ annually 
  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process across Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and NetSuite, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, contract negotiation, and close 
  • Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Oracle Fusion 
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize Oracle market offerings that fit enterprise client needs 
  • Develop and execute account plans for enterprise clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership 
  • Oversee and lead Oracle sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for ERP, EPM and related service lines 
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts 
  • Partner closely with solution architects and practice leader to scope, position, and close high value services and platform engagements 
  • Drive market presence through enterprise relationship development, Oracle alliance coordination, events, and targeted thought leadership 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex client environments and associated challenges, providing high-value solutions that align with strategic goals 

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment 
  • Experienced selling to enterprise-level clients 
  • Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations 
  • Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud-based solutions 
  • Strong business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and business plan, managing towards margin and utilization goals) 
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects 
  • Existing knowledge of and relationships within the Oracle Fusion channel 
  • Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions 
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage with CxOs and senior decision makers 
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

Salary Range
$150,000$250,000 USD
