Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to join our team. This role requires not only deep expertise across the Oracle Finance suite (GL, Subledgers, Accounting Hub, etc.) but also a strong understanding of enduser experience and realworld business processes.

The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership, guide solution design, and drive innovation as we implement Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Success in this role depends on the ability to translate business needs into intuitive, efficient processes that work for end users.

This position works closely with business stakeholders and leads crossfunctional solution and technical teams to deliver scalable, integrated cloud solutions. The Manager will help shape digital transformation efforts, ensure bestpractice process design, and maximize business value through usercentered, processdriven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:

  • Design and convey to the development teams overall and end-to-end business processes to support the architecture decisions for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, which span across Cloud finance integrating the GL, AP, AR, Projects, etc.
  • Provide expertise in financial system architecture, data models, customizations, and integrations.
  • Lead end-to-end solution development, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, technical requirements and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Establish and enforce technical guidelines, development standards, and governance for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Provide expert-level functional and accounting knowledge, guiding configuration and customization of modules.
  • Communicate and lead clients through process improvements using industry best practices.
  • Own scope by identifying and proposing change requests.

Technical Leadership:

  • Collaborate, and foster a collaborative and innovating work environment, with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and help translate them to the Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud technologies and liaison between business, functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Mentor and guide developers and other team members in the implementation solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Financial modules.

Integration & Customization:

  • Architect and convey to the development team to implement extensions to meet specific business needs
  • Design and oversee complex integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other third-party systems.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud product releases, new features, and industry trends.
  • Innovate and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, optimization, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for the Highstreet NEXTECH LAB™.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of Financial system, business process/accounting experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ERP solutions, including advanced reporting.
  • Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording and P&L calculations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Fund (Grant) Accounting concepts as they apply to Public Sector
  • Proven experience identifying and implementing improvements to enhance financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Experience in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Financial implementations and supporting with hands-on configurations.
  • Prefer experience in a lead role on at least 2 ERP implementation projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and mentor.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP’s) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (consulting background) and the ability to troubleshoot complex financial and technical issues.
  • Ability to lead multiple assignments and with support from Highstreet’s offshore functional and technical staff

Preferred Experience:

  • US Public Sector, K-12 and Higher Education experience strongly preferred
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred
  • Experience with core Financials
