Job Description:

 

We are looking for a senior Oracle Eloqua and Oracle CX Sales consultant who can lead the design and delivery of a marketing automation and lead management solution. This role will partner closely with business, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure leads are captured, scored, routed, and managed effectively from Oracle Eloqua into Oracle CX Sales.

 

This is not a full Oracle CX implementation. The primary focus is Oracle Eloqua marketing automation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, lead lifecycle management, and the integration of qualified leads into Oracle CX Sales. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable speaking with executives, business users, marketers, and technical teams and can translate business objectives into practical solutions.

 

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable speaking with executives, business users, marketers, and technical teams and can translate business objectives into practical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders.

  • Design and configure Oracle Eloqua campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, nurture programs, and lead scoring models.

  • Define and implement lead lifecycle processes, including lead qualification, routing, assignment, and handoff to sales.

  • Partner with Oracle CX Sales stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing and sales processes.

  • Work with technical teams supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI, APEX, and related Oracle technologies when integration support is required.

  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Support testing, user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities.

  • Provide best-practice guidance around marketing automation governance, campaign management, and data quality.

  • Create functional design documentation, process flows, and solution recommendations.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience.

  • Experience implementing and supporting Oracle CX Sales (Fusion Sales).

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing automation, lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and lead management processes.

  • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM solutions.

  • Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

  • Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA).

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Oracle APEX.

  • Consulting or professional services background.

  • Experience supporting managed services or post-go-live support organizations.
