Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a full-time, long-term member to join our team for a fully remote position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Oracle Cloud reporting technologies, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), who can lead reporting initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Analytics and OTBI reports.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.

• Develop dashboards and visualizations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior reporting analysts.

• Stay current with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, features, and best practices.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate reporting capabilities.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics.

• Optimize report performance and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics.

• Proven experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM modules is a plus.

Job Benefits:

  • Competitive FTE salary range based on experience and education of approximately $150,000 -$175,000 USD
