Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality solid models and detailed drawings using CREO and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate part revision and lifecycle management.
  • Perform and interpret thermal, thermo-mechanical, and mechanical FEA analyses with ANSYS to validate designs under real-world conditions.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to identify potential design risks and enhance product reliability.
  • Execute detailed tolerance analyses to ensure design precision and manufacturability, driving continual improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to innovate and refine product designs.
  • Engage with vendors to finalize and validate design specifications for new parts, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Embrace challenging projects at the forefront of technology, contributing to groundbreaking solutions and advancements.
  • Leverage your problem-solving skills in a dynamic team environment to tackle complex engineering challenges and seize new opportunities.
     
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • MS in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D solid modeling
  • Experienced in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and statistical analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience with ANSYS
  • Familiarity with CREO
  • Knowledge of optical design
  • Proficient in Agile/Oracle PDM
