- Supports lead-generation and go-to-market initiatives through market mapping, whitespace analysis, account prioritization, opportunity identification, and target market assessments.
- Conducts prospecting and outreach activities with prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to qualify leads and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborates with regional sales teams, growth leaders, partner organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to align market insights with commercial priorities and pipeline development objectives.
- Maintains and enhances lead-management dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms, providing visibility into lead conversion, pipeline health, and business outcomes.
- Supports regional events, industry conferences, customer engagements, and partner forums by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and ensuring timely qualification and follow-up of prospects.
- Tracks, measures, and reports on lead-generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline development metrics, recommending actions to improve conversion rates and business impact.
- Contributes to sales pipeline growth by transforming market intelligence into actionable recommendations, strategic account pursuits, and targeted business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in market intelligence, business development, sales operations, strategy, consulting, or related commercial functions.
- Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, account prioritization, and opportunity identification.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations and growth strategies.
- Experience leveraging industry databases, analyst research, market intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and external data sources.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience supporting lead generation, pipeline development, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working with geographically distributed sales, marketing, and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Telecommunications, networking, enterprise technology, or B2B technology industry experience.
- Experience with sales pipeline analysis, whitespace analysis, territory planning, or account-based growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or equivalent sales platforms.
