We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Workplace Services Manager to join the Honey Workplace Team.

About the role:

The Workplace Services Manager will help support the current offices in Downtown Los Angeles and assist in developing workplace services support in our brand new Los Angeles HQ opening in early 2019.

We are seeking an experienced manager to run the workplace services aspect of the office with a focus on facilities management. In addition, he/she will assist in the build out and setting up of the new HQ. Honey is a fast paced and demanding company that requires a special individual who is able to exercise good judgment and take fast initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management, including the financial aspect for each service
  • Liaison between DTLA Offices and other Honey office locations
  • Management of all workplace services, including conference rooms, mother’s rooms, copy rooms and general building aesthetics
  • Work with the building Facility Management team to build and deliver best in class employee experiences in the workplace that in turn promote efficiency, productivity, and peak performance.
  • Design and implement guidelines and best practices per office location/building for employees to optimize their experience
  • Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the employee experience.
  • Proactively identify needed repairs, maintenance, or updates required in the workplace.
  • Ensure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions are addressed and conduct follow-up if needed.
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facilities including janitorial, safety, and general maintenance is implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with building policies and directives. This is to include the management of contracts to assure all contracts are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as needed and assures invoices match contract pricing.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in workplace services management
  • Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) is preferred
