We are looking for a Workplace Experience Associate to join the Workplace Experience team at GOAT Group. The Workplace Experience Associate will demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as part of a growing team. As a part of the Workplace Experience team, you will bring passion for the workplace, enthusiasm for customer-service and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done!

In this role you will:

  • Support the day to day operations of our HQ office under direct guidance and supervision
  • Provide the highest level of customer service; be proactive in noticing employee needs
  • Provide front desk coverage and support as needed
  • Become a subject matter expert regarding property information and neighborhood information
  • Data entry, data audits and updates, creating and maintaining physical program materials, developing messaging and answering team member questions
  • Assist in identifying and implementing new systems and structures for maximum efficiency
  • Exercise autonomous critical thinking to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Manage guest and employee parking logistics, securing parking permits and passes as needed
  • Assist in training of Receptionists, Coordinators, Porters, and Cleaning staff; provide guidance to ensure success and accountability
  • Manage all incoming mail and packages, distributing appropriately
  • Act as the liaison between the Workplace Experience team and service providers, assisting with the coordination and scheduling of office, vendor, and building activities
  • Support the design, planning, and execution of company-wide and location-specific events
  • Review and address tickets within agreed-upon timelines and standards, escalating when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years progressive administrative experience with strong reception/office management/hospitality knowledge or similar position
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with external guests, as well as all levels of management internally
  • Enthusiasm for a start-up environment with fast-paced changes
  • Exceptional planning and problem solving skills, with an acute attention to detail and results oriented mindset
  • Exceptionally neat, detail-oriented, organized, punctual and dependable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and effectively collaborate with others
  • Show initiative in taking action and responding appropriately; must be a self-starter
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively and ability to multitask
  • Able to work overtime as needed
