As the VP of Retention / CRM, you will have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic growth and improvement of all CRM channels
- Increase in monthly subscriptions and improvement of customer journey
- Controlling and optimization of all relevant CRM KPIs (retention, cohorts, etc.)
- Build up and optimizing email marketing campaigns / funnels
- Responsible for paid CRM campaigns across channels
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience (5-8 years) in CRM, e-commerce, subscription, email-marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for numbers
- Good communication skills and very solution focused
- Ready to do whatever it takes
- Fluent in English
- Tapped into or passionate about health / wellness lifestyle
