Temp EA/ Office Manager needed

Fast- growing tech company in need of experienced temp EA. Start date between March 16- March 30. End date around July 10th.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain calendar for CEO and keep him on track for meetings
  • Keep CEO inbox clean and flagged for follow ups
  • Manage Front Desk/ Office Admin
  • Help with new employee onboarding
  • Assist with IT tickets for our external IT company
  • Book weekly flights and hotel for COO 
  • Assist with travel arrangements for broader team as needed
  • Facilitate management meetings, board meetings and executive offsites
  • Manage office lunch program
  • Oversee general office upkeep and work with office admin & building management as necessary
  • Help with prep/ arrangements for office move in early fall

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years assisting a CEO or C-Level equivalent
  • Self - motivated and self- manageable. Experience with “managing- up” a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize is a must
  • Experience working at a start-up is a plus
  • Office management/ experience managing others preferred
  • Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
  • A self-directed professional who can work with minimal supervision
