Lumi is looking for a hardworking, scalable, and detail oriented individual to manage our global supply chain orders from purchasing to fulfillment. 

This is a hands on position that requires motivating team members to become more efficient, work smarter, while leading by example on their own orders and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

- Constantly build out scalable and lean systems for order management

- Improve vendor relations, on time delivery, while maintaining our outstanding standards for quality manufacturing.

- Report KPI's on internal and manufacturing partner performance 

- Motivate our partners to improve performance and lead times for Lumi orders. 

- Improve ocean freight and trucking services

- Cross-functional team coordination and development 

Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging or equivalent work experience  

- 5+ years of experience in purchasing and manufacturing

- Inventory management experience

 -Management and leadership experience
- Positive attitude and outstanding problem solver

- Excellent negotiating skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills 
- Advanced in Excel and data management skills
- Comfort with multi-tasking and in a fast paced environment
- SQL and/or Tableau experience recommended
