This position will report to our Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy and has the opportunity to work remotely from any U.S. location or be based in one of our U.S. offices.
What You'll Do

• Understand, articulate and implement best practices related to the needs of a K-12 superintendents, state and district leadership
• Be a thought leader for GoGuardian and help inform our product, marketing and sales strategies tied to the needs of district leadershipBuild relationships by participating in events, user groups, and forums that connect with superintendents and other district leaders
• Be a sales catalyst that helps in the sales process aligning to and building trust with superintendents, state and district leadership teams
• Support demo and participation strategy for trade shows - help own and build client-facing collateral
• Help and participate in discovery and outreach strategies for the sales team, equipping them with insights and talk tracks to best position our platform to state and district leadership
• Demonstrate proactivity and good judgment in determining and executing on best next steps for clients

Who You Are

• Former/Current K-12 Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Chief, or Assistant Chief
• Foundation in Education Technology including an understanding of a typical district tech stack
• Soft skills; ability to build rapport with internal and client stakeholders
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in detailed documentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment; adaptable to shift priorities quickly
• Collaborative and humble team player with a proactive mindset and ability to produce positive outcomes in a dynamic environment
