About the Job

• Review and prepare Excel based reports – weekly, monthly, annually
• Validate monthly loan modification portfolio
• Serve as liaison with in-house engineers and third-party loan servicing system contact, to address and help trouble-shoot problems, as well as advise of areas for improvement
• Weekly review of and reply to credit disputes
• Respond to escalated member inquiries

About You

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three plus years of experience in Loan Operations or Loan Servicing
• Exhibit flexibility, must be able to regularly adapt to new processes
• Detail oriented, high level of accuracy
• Must be able to work effectively without supervision
• Extremely comfortable with computers and high aptitude for learning new systems
• Strong typing and written communication skills
• Extremely strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with Excel and Google Sheets
