• Support Newegg.com, Newegg Canada, and Newegg B2B business units. 

• Review and approve refunds on a daily basis for the above business units.

• Review and approve credit requests for the above business units.

• Monitor the refunds on hold for the above business units.

• Provide daily bank reports to Newegg B2B.

• Post wire and ACH payments.

• Post/release prepaid orders for Newegg Canada.

• Deposit checks per AR requests.

• Review and reconcile customer credit balances.

• Reconcile Credit Card payments to the General Ledger.

• Assist with audit requests as needed.

• Update and maintain SOP for all above mentioned tasks.

• Assist with any additional ad hoc reports/analysis as needed.
