As a Showroom Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on in with a luxury menswear brand. Our Showroom Operations Associates are the liaisons between our Showrooms and logistics, ensuring all clients' garments arrive on time and in an organized manner. They are analytical, excellent at problem solving, have great communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments, ultimately reflecting the ever changing demands of our company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Opening and closing the showroom (unless Style Advisors have an appointment before or after business hours, where as they will be responsible for opening and closing of the showroom) 
  • Managing overall showroom operations, inclusive but not limited to supply orders, visuals, shipping, and receiving alterations, event prep, and back room management & organization 
  • Responsible for product management of shipping and receiving 
  • Ensuring all garments are tagged, labeled, steamed, and organized for fitting
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and logistics within daily calendar of the Style Advisors client appointments & fittings 
  • Assisting Style Advisors with reset checklist before, during, and after appointments 
  • Responsible for transporting, communicating alterations, and maintaining deadlines to local tailor & Style Advisors 
  • Responsible for tracking inventory from logistics & local tailor  
  • Responsible for communicating and resolving all maintenance issues 
  • Handling ad-hoc projects for the Showroom (ex. Setting up VR screen) 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong eye for detail & organizational skills. As a custom menswear company with customizations, measurements, and custom client experiences - it's all in the details
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; written and verbal, handling yourself with confidence internally to peers and externally to clients, tailors, etc.
  • Independent decision making skills with the ability to self-manage
  • Proficiency with technology and Excel – ability to navigate and create basic formulas
