You Will Be

  • Leading our e-commerce portfolio feed management optimization services, including:
    • Google Shopping Feed Management
    • Bing Shopping Feed Management
    • Facebook Shopping Feed Management
    • Additional Marketplace/Shopping Engine Feeds (i.e. Connexity, Walmart.com, New Egg, eBay, etc.)
  • Managing our partnership with Feed Platform Provider (Feedonomics) to ensure our feed accounts are in good standing
  • Overseeing a nimble team with one manager & coordinator, running team meetings & developing communication and technical expertise of direct reports
  • Leading client facing interactions for top accounts on feed management, optimization & opportunities
  • Taking ownership of managing and resolving escalations for feed issues, should they occur
  • Creating & managing catalogs for various marketplaces/shopping engines such as Connexity, Walmart, eBay, etc.
  • Uploading new products to internet retailer websites by populating each retailer’s unique template
  • Ensuring products are positioned & represented in a way that makes sense to the end consumer
  • Performing quality control of product feeds for inaccuracies, warnings, discontinued products, etc.
  • Performing audits of clients’ current e-commerce marketplace strategies and tactics
  • Establishing company best practices for Wpromote paid search & social managers
  • Training our internal services team on the available marketplaces and how they integrate with PPC, Social and Programmatic.
  • Joining sales pitches to present audits and/or speak to the value of feed management & marketplaces
  • Creating projections & estimates for existing clients and prospects based on available traffic for each product

You Must Have

  • 2+ years of data feed experience within an agency or an in-house environment
  • Deep expertise of Google Merchant Center
  • Deep expertise on how feed optimizations align strategy from data feeds with Google, Bing & Facebook Campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketplace strategies and best practices
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Google Shopping Feed Management
    • Bing Shopping Feed Management
    • Facebook Shopping Feed Management
  • Full understanding of the feeds/CSE/Google and Bing shopping offerings in order to create best practices and key optimization tasks
  • The ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on the analysis
  • Capability to troubleshoot from the beginning of the feeds process to the end
  • A results-oriented, collaborative work style
  • Bachelor's Degree
