Senior Manager, Consulting Services Operations

  • What you will be doing:

This role supports solution adoption capabilities and delivery best practices for our 100+ person global consulting services function:

  • Collate best practices and inform approaches for delivery for the consulting services function – then execute them company-wide. Use your network within the organization, and your domain expertise, to gather a diverse set of inputs, and grow capability of the broader teams
  • Drive product feature change rollouts to be a more proactive, cross functional approval process in which delivery inputs and sign-off improves our execution for new capabilities
  • Identify and prioritize areas of training needs within the consulting services function, and collaborate with product, training and consulting services SMEs and leadership to execute plans to address these gaps
  • Create, modify and improve delivery process artifacts, milestones and project management approaches that blend efficiency, ease of use, and accuracy
  • Manage the end-to-end employee experience within the consulting services group, such as new hire onboarding enablement protocols, organization of our intellectual property, refinements to competency maps and definitions of skill groups for success
  • What we would love to see:
    • 10 to 15 years’ experience in marketing analytics strategy or marketing consulting, in a client-facing role
    • 5+ years leading and managing a team
    • Exceptional analytics and quantitative acumen with understanding of tools like marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, data management platforms, customer segmentation, and/or customer identity management, or close experience such as predictive analytics
    • Ideal if you have specific experience in the ad or marketing tech industry, a digital marketing agency, a programmatic buying company or client side digital advertising.
    • Significant presentation experience with unsophisticated audiences explaining marketing optimization and analytics
    • Strong client management skills and an ability to build relationships with senior fortune 100 executives
