About the Role


We are looking for a rockstar Sales & Marketing Technology Manager to join our growing revenue operations team. You will be an instrumental player in owning our Sales and B2B marketing technology stack and driving how it shapes and impacts the operations of our business. This individual will deliver both tactical, process support for the sales team and participate in strategic system architecture discussions with the systems integrations and data science teams. Additionally, you will identify process gaps and work with stakeholders to define the ideal state and build something better!.


We are looking for a self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Someone with an innate desire to understand processes and continuously improve them with technology/automations will thrive in this role.

The impact you will have:

  • Manage the sales and B2B marketing tech stacks, inclusive of identifying, integrating, and implementing new tools, deprecating unneeded tools, and optimizing existing tools and processes to maximize team efficiency.
  • Meticulously monitor, enrich, and drive a high degree of data integrity across Salesforce CRM and connected platforms.
  • Represent Sales and B2B marketing in technical and business discussions relative to future system and data architecture direction ensuring that we make key business decisions with confidence.
  • Build and implement a strategy to deliver world-class systems and tools, including SalesForce, to optimize and deliver for an exceptional full customer journey.
  • Lead departmental projects and translate business needs into actionable projects for you to act upon.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, System Integrations, and Data Science teams to build a cohesive and unified view of revenue data.
  • Ensure high adoption of systems and constantly look for additional use cases to drive system value.
  • Hover between scalability and agility, implementing automation to drive efficiency while balancing short vs long term capabilities.
  • Build efficient reports, and impactful dashboards to display metrics to users and executives.
  • Continuously review the current technology architecture to identify weaknesses and propose opportunities for improvements or changes to enable new use cases/functionality.
  • Own documentation and training for all active systems.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management information systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of successful experience implementing, and administering software tools like SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Gong, Pardot, SpekIt, LinkedIn Navigator, and Spiff.
  • 1-3 years of experience in process and system development on the Salesforce platform.
  • Advanced understanding of sales, service, and marketing’s presence in Salesforce.
  • Experience in administering daily tasks, consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs, and building elegant solutions that follow Salesforce’s best practices.
  • Experience leading the vendor sourcing process including drafting RFPs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, and calculating ROI to justify spend.
  • Knowledge of software companies’ sales cycle, sales process, buyer’s journey, and key metrics, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Understanding of the foodservice industry a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly with little direction, but simultaneously not be afraid to slow things down when needed to understand all aspects of a challenge.
  • Experience implementing a marketing automation platform like Pardot or Marketo a plus
  • Ability to meticulously document data structure and system processes.
