Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Post Closing process and team
• Supervise the handling of loan files and manage reporting for investors
• Interface with internal staff and third-parties to compile required data and information, and resolve diligence related issues while mitigating risks
• Perform other related duties or special ad hoc projects as assigned
• Exercise discretion, independent judgment and problem-solving abilities to complete work assignments
• Communicate with PeerStreet business development teams as needed to relay policies and procedures
• Provide training on a one-to-one basis as needed with Post Closing team members
• Work with the Sr. Closing Manager to produce training materials as needed to develop team members 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Real Estate preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience required in lending, real estate, finance or a related field
• Previous experience managing teams preferred
• High level of attention to detail required
• Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Google Docs
• Ability to multitask while balancing attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
