We are seeking a team player that enjoys building relationships, focuses on customer service, and excellent accounts management strategy. This role will be critical to building and nurturing relationships within our Northeastern warehouse partners, ensuring their success on the road to a 98% on-time shipment rate.

What You'll Do:

• Contact warehouse references for feedback with existing partners.
• Reach out to new and existing signed partners to understand their internal structure and operations.
• Conduct warehouse onboarding calls with new and existing partners including thorough training of the software, an overview of the billing process, review Flowspace expectations, and highlight important terms in the contract (chargebacks, "mis-picks," inventory accuracy, liability, etc.)
• Conduct warehouse intro calls when new merchants are placed in their warehouse to review SOW and special asks or arrangements.
• Work closely with the Solutions team to determine needs
• When necessary and possible, be on-site at the warehouse facility prior to and during inbounds for new key accounts. 
• Work closely with Account Managers and Partner Relationship Managers as a liaison for large account launches or escalated order processing blockers. 
• Prevent churn as a result of poor warehouse performance issues by providing adequate feedback and training to warehouse partners. 
• Closely monitor partners' SLA adherence alongside Partner Relationship Manager
• Understand Flowspace’s product at a core level with a focus on integrations, APIs, and WMS functionality. 
• Act as liaison for the sales team to scope out complex deals. 
• Meet KPIs established by the company including but not limited to warehouse performance metrics such as on-time shipments, etc.

Who We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years of seasoned Operations and/or Account Management experience, particularly within warehouse / logistics/fulfillment
• Logistics experience to successfully understand and support the needs and demands of our customers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (this person will need to be a comfortable / confident communicator, across a variety of customers with the ability to build and nurture relationships).
• Be a proactive self-starter, who goes the extra mile to get the job done

Bonus Points:

• Experience in warehouse operations in similar space/industry
• Ability to learn and master new software

Other Helpful Things To Know:

• Approx. 30% travel will be required within a dedicated area/region (Northeast United States). The majority of this travel can be done in day trips by car, however, employees must be prepared to occasionally travel overnight, to farther locations, as needed.




• This is a primarily remote position, however, employees must be technically proficient and capable at staying connected, engaged and available, across a variety of technology resources, such as Slack, Zoom, etc., including the use of typical office equipment, (i.e. use of phone, laptop, typing, speaking, reading and writing).
