Part-Time Office Manager
12Twenty, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and proactive person, to manage all general office matters, including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, maintaining the office, ordering office supplies, and just generally figuring out the best way to get things done.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined to get things done. You should be able to deal with office matters timely and effectively while streamlining office operations in a calm and pleasant manner.
What you’ll do:
Support meeting and travel logistics for the team
Efficiently and responsibly manage all inventory needs for the office: ordering, tracking, purchasing, and stocking
Effectively support/manage the office space to ensure cleanliness, organization,
Be the liaison between our building management company and execute office repairs and upgrades
Responsibly manage employee nourishment: lunch, drinks, snacks
Manage vendors in order to support all of the above activities
Support and manage local department events and meetings (booking rooms, ordering food, setting up space)
What you'll need:
Knowledge of Google Suite (gmail, docs, sheets) and Slack
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
