You Will Be

  • Greet and provide general support to visitors all clients, vendors, guests upon arrival
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate parties
  • Maintaining/restocking our conference rooms, kitchen, restrooms, printer rooms and vending machines
  • Keeping track of inventory and conducting mailroom duties
  • Assisting Office Manager and Operations Manager with any additional clerical tasks
  • Setting up and cleaning up of internal office events, client meetings, and internal trainings
  • Nightly closing dishes
  • Weekly deep cleaning of communal fridges and appliances
  • Assist in set up of new hire desks and conduct monthly office sweeps to collect old office supplies
  • Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the office, conference rooms, and kitchen
  • Assist with set up and tear down of office events and team building activities
  • Assist and support Wpromote culture and people operations-related projects as needed
  • Additional projects and tasks on an as-needed basis

You Must Have

  • 0-2 years front office/administrative experience in a creative office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive energy, be presentable, and punctual
  • Solid ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and work within a team environment
