What You Can Expect on the Team
- Work with large data sets to cultivate and present insight and stories from data
- Collaborate regularly with technical and non-technical teams to prioritize experiments representing lift and scalability projections - directly impact how we scale our technology platform
- Partner with BI and data engineering teams to deliver reporting that surfaces meaningful performance information in a clear and actionable format
- Coordinate with backend engineering teams to launch experiments and implement winning concepts
- Own the experimental design process - define objectives, traffic segments, scale, and success criteria
- Document everything - we learn from both success and failure, and this helps our team grow holistically
- Help to drive the evolution of platform to support experimentation, optimization, and ultimately personalized experiences
What You Will Bring

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, SQL, BI and Product Reporting/Analytics and Data Visualization
- Experience with the following a plus: AWS, Snowflake, Tableau
- Conversion-based marketing, analytics, or optimizationKnowledge of testing methodologies - A/B, MVT, etc. - and experimental design techniques
- Familiarity with optimizing user funnels for profit-driven KPIs like ROAS, CPC, CPA, and quality score
