As the Logistics Manager, you are essential in the success of the Operations team.

Appetize Technologies, Inc. is looking for a qualified Logistics Manager to join our growing Operations Team. This role is a blend of Ordering, Shipping, Asset Management and Tracking and keen problem solving capabilities.

You will play a vital part in comprising a polished and cohesive approach to interfacing with key customers during implementation. Overseeing the ordering and delivery of fully configured POS Hardware to Enterprise locations. Coordinating with sales and finance team on Signed contracts and delivering a mirror image

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day Logistics operations. Including ordering, assembly and shipping of POS Hardware to fulfill Client orders.

• Working closely with Sales, Finance and the Operations team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of correct hardware for installation.

• Inventory management, demand management, re-stocking

• Supervise Asset Management and Logistics staff and other asset management processes and Analysts- Effectively partner with Procurement, Finance and Operations teams.

• Assist management in implementing appropriate technology and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency of asset receipt and distribution over the long term

• Perform regular inventory audits, and manage inventory to company standards.

• Place Hardware orders Upon Signed Contract and Client deposit. Working with Finance to ensure PO is cut correctly and recorded via ERP.

• Communicate schedules, updates, status, delays, risks and blockers

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent, 4 year degree (Bachelor Degree) preferred

• 3 to 5 years of general logistics, supply chain experience (production planning)

• Strong negotiation and project management skills.

• Develop new and enhance existing operational models in order to improve efficiency, customer experience, and drive potential savings.

• Excellent teamwork skills including written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem solving skills
