Vitamin Well USA (under which NOCCO and Barbells are included) is looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Operations Manager overseeing NOCCO and Barebells in the United States.

NOCCO is a beverage with BCAAs (branched chain amino acids) and vitamins that was born in Sweden 2014. NOCCO products are carbonated, sugar-free and low calorie.

Barebells is a functional food company born in Sweden in 2016. Barebells offers a broad range of products high in protein, serving as alternative to snacks and desserts – without compromising on flavor. Both Barebells and NOCCO are available in over 40 markets globally.

More about the position:
The Supply Chain & Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that NOCCO and Barebells gets into the hands of our end customers in a quick, safe, and cost-effective way across the United States.  In this role, “customers” is defined as the end consumers (through e-commerce), independent retailers, distributors, and large convenience/grocery chains.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Inventory demand planning for both NOCCO and Barebells

– Inbound and outbound logistics across three major distribution centers in the U.S.
– Manage fulfillment processes for each core business vertical including but not limited to retail compliance guidelines

– Vendor relationship manager for 3PL and outsourced logistics providers

– Budget and cost-control measures related to distribution and fulfillment costs
– Operations related technology platforms (EDI / API)
– Strong collaboration with both US and Swedish-based teams

You enjoy building effective partnerships and relationships that drive brands forward while standing the test of time.  You can identify inefficiencies and find cost effective technology solution. The Supply Chain and Operations Manager will report to the Director of Finance and Operations in the U.S. The position is full-time and located in Venice, Los Angeles.
