WHO YOU ARE:

Fair is looking for an Operations Manager to work in our Santa Monica office; you will be responsible for managing the recycling of Fair’s inventory and OEM to consumer programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the recycling of fair’s inventory and OEM to consumer programs
• Recycling
  • Work cross-functionally with remarketing, titling, and transport to ensure all items are ready to go live
• Manage inventory as it flows into auctions, evaluate criteria with risk and other business stakeholders
• Lead the onboarding for new markets
• Work with pricing, finance and shopping team to figure out how list and display units in app
• Acting as an immediate escalation for all teams on this project
• OEM Programs
• Working with OEMs to set up inventory feeds and flow these vehicles into pre-existing markets or onboard new market for this specifically.
• Travel is required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 2 years experience of operations / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence or related experience; high-growth operations or startup experience
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Ability to work with teams to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well
• Auto experience a plus
