WHO YOU ARE:

Fair is looking for an Operations Manager to work in our Santa Monica office; you will be responsible for assisting and managing strategic programs and operational workflows

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Project manage strategic programs post launch
• Build operational workflows for programs across inventory and logistics
• Drive data collection and analysis for important strategic priorities in order to optimize our business and solve problems as they arise
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Legal, Inside Sales, Dealer Team, etc measure the impact and efficiency of processes while identifying new ways to create value to the business

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 2 years experience of operations / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence or related experience; high-growth operations or startup experience
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Ability to work with teams to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well
• Auto experience a plus
