Luxury Presence is post-series A, Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, and we’re looking to hire a CTO to lead our technology team. Backed by Silicon Valley’s Switch Ventures, Toba Capital and Bessemer Ventures, we’ve seen tremendous growth over the past year. We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our growing team. Do you love color coding? Are you an obsessive planner and organizer? Do you take pride in putting people in positions where they can be successful? Are you highly communicative and project oriented? If so we’d love to speak with you!

To be successful in this role, the most important thing is to understand how different systems work across the company. By truly understanding the sales cycle, implementation process, and the different products and subscriptions that Luxury Presence offers, the new employee will be able to make critical decisions in a timely manner. An ideal candidate would be quick on their feet, extremely attentive to detail, and tech-savvy.

You’re good at:

-Being quick on your feet and tech-savvy Mastering finance-related tools (PandaDoc, HubSpot, and Stripe)

-Client communication including collecting payment and resolving issues

-Paying close attention to detail & staying organized as you’ll be responsible for auditing client agreements

-Communicating across teamsMaking decisions based on concrete dataBeing vocal and proactive, you see barriers, communicate them, and solve them

You have:

-An obsession with organization, process, and production. You are meticulous

-A basic understanding of or strong willingness to learn project management tools

-An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)1-3 years experience in an operations role

-Experience resolving financial issues with clients

Our Los Angeles based and founded company has expanded it's reach by hiring employees across multiple states in the United States. We our now a remote-first company indefinitely, but our Santa Monica HQ will always be where everything started.
