Operations Associate

ThreadBeast is looking for a dynamic and highly analytical individual to join our Operations team. The Operations Associate will support the Head of Operations and CEO. We are looking for a total rockstar, with prior experience in operations, communicating with outside stakeholders, and creating organization out of chaos.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and passionate person who can work cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to accomplish a broad set of objectives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong get-it-done attitude, a high degree of resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial mindset.

This role is for an Operations Associate working directly with the Head of Operations and CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Execute on operational tasks

• Help streamline communication between different business units (Customer Experience/ Brand Marketing/ Warehouse)

• Drive Process Improvements and Increase Efficiencies through Analyzing Data

• Planning and Controlling Change

• Order Generation

• Online Research

• Review financial statements for discrepancies before forwarding them to AP and AR departments

• Devise and maintain filing system for all business related documentation

• Miscellaneous responsibilities

Requirements:

• Meticulously organized and highly detail oriented

• Unfailing positive attitude, high energy and hard-working spirit

• Excellent written and spoken communication

• Sound judgement and comfortable with ambiguity

• Excellent time management and ability to shuffle priorities on the fly

• The ability to work with team members at all levels, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Fluent in SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Dropbox.
