Onboarding Specialist
Based in Westwood Los Angeles, HelloTech provides professional and affordable on-demand tech support via a network of fully vetted Independent Technicians throughout the US. HelloTech providers deliver a wide range of services, focusing on computer support and repair, home networks, smart home devices and televisions. We are at the intersection of several powerful trends including the “gig” economy, smart homes, and in-home aging.
HelloTech is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to develop our pool of Independent Contractors. Our Technicians are the soul of our operation and this position will be the face of HelloTech for all future Tech talent. You will be tasked with identifying strong candidates and driving expansion of our Tech network. In this role, you will review video interviews, conduct phone screens, and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for our Technicians.

Responsibilities
Monitor daily outreach to Tech applicants
Communicate with prospective new Techs to promote and sell HelloTech
Exhibit top‐tier support to our Tech applicants by responding to onboarding related phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Enhance efficiency of the onboarding process by forecasting recruitment bottlenecks and proactively adjusting the process with Techs as needed
Facilitate onboarding communication between all departments
Work with the Operations and Product teams to provide feedback of ongoing issues, and suggest opportunities to improve processes with internal tools and resources
Ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements
An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Onboarding, Recruiting, or Implementation experience preferred
You have an advanced knowledge of contemporary technology
You are able to source and identify prospective talent
Problem solving skills - You can swiftly find alternative solutions in the moment, and view areas of weakness as an opportunity to improve
You have a knack for learning and desire to grow professionally
You’re organized with a strong attention to detail and timely follow-up
You understand the importance of candidate experience
You can quickly adapt to new process, procedures, and policies
You are available to work full-time and ad hoc weekends
